Fiona Rudneski, RMT
Being born and raised in Melita MB, as the youngest of her parents’ modest 6 kids, Fiona was very keen on being active and doing sports since very tender ages.She figure-skated and played volleyball at a competitive level in high school. After graduating from high school, being the most rebellious amongst her siblings, she decided to move to Vancouver BC to pursue her dreams, leaving her family and seven nieces and nephews behind.
In Vancouver, she received a degree in esthetics from Blanche Macdonald and started working at Absolute Spa for a year where she received a certificate of outstanding performance. Having gotten exposed to relaxation massage at Absolute Spa and enjoyed it, she joined the Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program at Vancouver Career College (VCC), one of the most comprehensive RMT curriculums in North America, to train academically for being a massage therapist. Having graduated from the 2800-hour program and completed 330 clinic hours treating many patients ranging from athletes to patients with musculoskeletal disorders to the elderly, she is fully prepared to start her professional career as a Registered Massage Therapist.
Fiona is very passionate about massage therapy. She finds it extremely rewarding to help her clients lead a healthy pain-free lifestyle. She believes in the healing power of the human touch and the importance of building a friendly yet professional relationship with her clients. Her honest and welcoming personality along with her sense of humor puts clients at ease from the get go; a quality that helps with building a close relationship with her clients.
Fiona leads an active lifestyle maintaining a regimented health and fitness routine. In her spare time, she loves to explore and goes for a drive on scenic backroads of beautiful BC. She also enjoys hiking, camping and photography.
